My 11 yr old son Bryan is a priority... YES A PRIORITY... Bryan is not a option... he is not something you can chose to care for every once in a while when you feel like it. He is human, a child and wonderful little boy who is soon going to be a teenager. My son eats, needs clothes, and wishes I could buy him all the legos he wants. I can't but I try my hardest to make sure our lifestyle is a normal comfortable one where every once in a while we can have a small luxury like a trip to Disneyland or a Sunday evening at Chuck E. Cheese. Like I said he is and always will be a Priority. A few weeks ago while using his facebook account my son discovered the man who's last name he carries had a child who he had failed to mention to him that he was having or had. Yes my son had to discover this via social network. See the last time he saw his father was in February and it was not because his father made an effort to see him. It was because my parents went to California and offered to take Bryan to his aunts house (my bff) and she was nice enough to give Bryan's father a heads up about him going. Miraculously he went to see him. The following month we went to California for my husbands job training and went to visit my BFF. While there my sons grandfathers GF decided she would make it a point to tell me my son's father was having a baby. Yes she actually asked if I knew and then made it a point to make sure she told me once she had been told prior to my arrival that I did not know. Like I told her I really don't care since he doesn't bother to contact my son or pay child support. I guess she was thinking I would freak out and give her something to gossip about but I didn't. I've been happily married for over 4 years to my amazing husband and we have a daughter together. Not once in the 3 times after that my son talked to his dad since then did he bother to mention to him he was expecting another child. I asked my son if he had told him and he son said no and that he did not want to ask. He has a Facebook account he rarely uses and he became very sad and tears came out of his eyes when he saw that his father had a child who he hid from him. My son commented on photo of the child. He said he asked his dad why he hadn't told him. A couple days later I recieved this message:
"Haha.... I like how u use Bryans FB account to look @ my FB... I know u rote that. Dont act stupid & pretend ur him"
Was this too much? I think not.
